Alledging the said parish to be the place of her last Legal
Settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the Said Warrant and Judgment of the Said two
Justices and do most humbly Appeal to Your Honr
and Worps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray that Your Honr & Worps will
be pleased to hear them in the premisses &
Order that the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. James
Gailick hiths may appear before Your Honr
& Worps & hear and abide the determinacon
of the Court touching the Said Appeal
