that the Defendt. Elizabeth Johnson hath Lodged Att
her house. Ever Since She hath been Bailed to the
Bill of Indictmt: found agt her for perjury: And
wch: is three weekes upon Fryday next all seal: time
the Said Johnson hath been Extreemly ill of a Violent
Fever; and Often is Seized and taken with violent
Fitts, wch: this Depont: beleives proceeded from the
Goale Distemper And this Depont. further Maketh
Oath that She Apprehends and is well Assured the
Said Johnson is in Soe Sick & weake a Condition
that She is not Capable to Appear & make her
Defence to the Said Indictmt. and att this time
