maketh Oath that on Wednesday Evening last about Eleven of
of the Clock this Depont being sent for went to Mr

at his
Mothers house in Covent Garden
in the County of Middlesex
& found him
very much bruised in his back & thigh by reason of a fall as he
informed this Defont he had received from his horse and this Depont
dressd him & applyed such remedid as this Deft. thought Proper and the
said John Letton Keeps his bed and is not able to hern himself in his bed
by reason of the said prmises and a very great Inflammation &
Swelling of the parts that has ensued and this Depont. was this morning
with the said Mr Letton, and found him in such a Condition that
in this Depont Opinion his Impossible for him to come or be
brought to attend the Tryall of this Cause of this day unless herto
brought in his bed and even in that Case were he to be brought
in his bed this Depont beleives he would run a maintatence
apparent hazard of Endangering his Life.
