Edward Booth< no role > of Covent Garden in the County of Mid:
Gent : maketh oath that he this Depont: being at Hendon
on Wednesday last in Compa: with Mr: John Letton< no role > the
said letton informed this Dept: that he was obliged to
go to London and in the Road this side Hampsted
the Said Letton's Horse as this Dept: beleives threw
him whereby he was very much Hurt and Bouised
to that Degree that he was with a great deal of
Difficulty brought to his Mothers House near
Covent Garden and putt to bed where he is as this
Dept: beleives very weak & unable to attend the
Tryall of this Cause
