This Exaiant Saith That he was a Journeyman
to Mr.

a Sword Cutler
over against St. James's
Gate
for Severall years at Times till about Six Weekes
ago, and Saith that he knowing his said Master
dealt in the way of his said Trade with Mr. William

a Sword Cutler
in Cheapside
, did this Exaiant
did, at severall Times since he se left his said Master
apply to the said Mr Haddock, I bes peake I take of
I from the said Mr. Haddock I his Servant Severall
Sorts of Sword Belts in the Name & on the Creditt
of the said Mr. Evan, by which false pretence he
this Exainant did Cheat I defraud the said Mr.
Haddock of a great Number of Belts amounting
to a considerable sume of money, but how money
this Exaiant cannot remember And further
this Exainant Saith that he sold the said Belts [..]
as he received the same at an under Price [..]
converted the money he reced therefore to his
own use, And that he never had the said Mr.
Evans Order or Direction for such Belts, but saith
that he comitted such fraud thro Necessity and.
