Sheweth

That by an Order of two Justices of the peace for
the City of London Your Petitioner was adjudged to be
the Putative father of a Female Bastard Child born
of the Body of Anne Mathers< no role > Singlewoman on the
7th of November last in ye parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate London

That Your Petitioner Conceives himself
to be Agrieved by yr sd Order & Adjudicacon
of yr Saw two Justices and Therefore most
Humbly Appeals to Your Honr &
Worps therefrom
