The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Mildred
Breadstreet London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of
two of his Maties Justices of the peace within this City (Quor
unus) bearing dase the Eighth day of March last past One
Sara Newman< no role > with John< no role > her Son aged about Fourteen were
sent from the Parish of St James Garlickhith London unto
Your Petitioners sd parish of St Mildred as being the place of
their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving them selves
agreved by teh Judginent of the sd two
Justices humbly Appeal to Your Worps
for relief in the Prmisses

And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
