their General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Andrew
Holbourn in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Sr William
Thomson< no role > Knt and Sr John Fryer< no role > Barrt two of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the said City (Quor unus) bearing date the 6 day
of March Anno Dm 1722 John Stone< no role > with Elenor< no role > his wife
and their two Children Vizt Ann< no role > aged Five Years and William< no role >
aged about two Years now removed and conveyed from the Parish
of Allhallows on London Wall London to the said parish of St Andrew
Holbourn in the County of Middx as the last legall place of their
Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore humbly think
themselves aggrieved and appeale agt the order
of the sd Justices and pray Relief in the prmisses
of this Honble Court
