Sheweth,

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seales of Two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the Said City of London and the
Libties thereof (Quor un) bearing Date the 22d.
Day of November last past Dorothy Luther< no role >
Singlewoman was removed from the Parish of
St. Stephen Colemanstreet London unto the Said
Parish of St. Leonard Foster Lane London alledging
the said Parish of St. Leonard Foster Lane to be
the Place of her last legall Settlement

That your Petitioners conceiving them-
-Selves agreived by the Said Order or
Warrant of the said Two Justices Doe
humbly appeale to your Lord Ship & Worps.
there from, And pray That yor Lordship and
Worships will be pleased to hear them
concerning the promisses, And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of St. Stephen Coleman Street may
appear before, you & hear & abide the Judgment
& Determination of you Lordship & Worp touching
