The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the parish of St Margarett Moses London

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or Order bearing date the Eleventh day of
December last past Jonathan Roberts< no role > with Katherine< no role > his wife and
their four Children vizt Mary< no role > aged Thirteen years, Katherine< no role > aged
Eleven years, William< no role > Eight years and Samuel< no role > Seven Years were removed
from the parish of St Matthew Fryday Street London unto the said
Parish of St Margarett Moses as the place of their last legall Settlemt:

That your petitioners conceiving them selves aggrieved by
the said Pass Warrant or order Do humbly appeal to your
Honr and Worpps therefrom and pray that your Honr and
Worppsthereofwill be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
and Order That the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St Matthew Fryday Street may appear
before you at a certain Day to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determinacon of your Honr and Worpps Humbuly this
Appeal-
