That by Virtue of a Warrt under the hands and seals of two of
his Maties Justices of the peace
for the sd City (Quor unus) bearing

was removed & passed from the parish of St Peters poor London
unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St Michaels Crooked Lane London
Alledging the Said
parish to be the places of her last Legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices and do most humbly Appeal to your
Honour and Worps therefrom.

in the premises And Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the sd parish of St Peter poor
