The Prayer or Petition of Charles Earl of Orrery

Sheweth

That he was Comitted to His Majestys Tower
of London by Warrant under the hand and Seal of the Rt.
Honble John Lord Carteret one of His Majestys principal
Secretarys of State dated the 28th day of September last
for High Treason which your Petitioner is innocent of

And therefore prays that he may this present
Sessions be brought to his Tryal or otherwise be
Bayl'd or discharg'd out of Custody persuant
to the Statute in that Case Made and provided
