or either of them for that the poors Rates of both the Said Parishes
are greatly increased and great Debts are owing by them in so much
that we believe that they are Scarceable to pay what has been
usually Assessed on them especially St George Botolph Lane
which already pays Six pounds towards the relief of the poor of
Allhallows on the Wall instead of which we think that four
or five pounds was much as the Saw parish ought to pay
All which we Submit to the Judgment and Discretion of the
Court.
