Francis Kettleby< no role > of the Liberty of the Tower of
London Cook Maketh Oath That he is very well
Acquainted with the Limits & Boundaries of the said
Tower of London and hath been so for many years
last past He having been formerly for several years
Deputy Goales and Bayliffe of the said Tower and
the Libertys thereof and this Deponent Saith, That
the Apartment where this Deponent is Credibly informed
and verily beleives the said Defendant now is and for
sometime past hath been Confined Prisoner (which
is comonly called the Bloody Tower and Reputed to
be in the possession of Occupation of Mr. Robert
Brooks< no role > Gentleman Goaler of the said Tower) is
Scituate in that part of the said Tower of London
which is within the City of London and not within
the County of Middlesex
