has been for some time past and now
is very ill of a Feaver, and lyeth upon the point of Death
Keeping his Bed, and in a Dangerous Condition at his House
in Sun Court in the said parish, not like to recover he the
said

getting out of Bed in a fitt of the said
Feaver Yesterday the Ninth Instant fell down a pair
of Staires in the said House, and thereby broke his Collar
-bone and is not able to attend this Court to take his Tryal
without hazard of Life. And both these Deponts. further say
That one

of the said Parish is the Deft Surgeon
and is this morning gone to Hampstead
, and will not return till late this
Evening or tomorrow as these Deponts. are informed and
verily believe.
