Francis Kettleby< no role > of the Liberty of the Tower
of London Cooke maketh Oath that he is very
well acquainted with the Limitts & Boundaryes
of the said Tower of London and hath been soe
for many yeares last past He haveing been
formerly for severall yeares Deputy goaler and
Bayliffe of the said Tower & the Libertyes, thereof
And this depont. saith that the Apartment on the
Right hand of the Hill leading from Traytors
bridge to the Parade and reputed to be in the
possion or Occupation of Mr. Butts one of the
Wardors is Scituate in that parte of the said
Tower of London which is within the Citty
of London and not within the County of Middx
