Cook Maketh Oath That he is very well acquainted
with the Limits and Boundaries of the said Tower of
London and hath been so for many years last past
He having been formerly for several years Deputy
Goaler and Bayliffe of the said Tower and the Libertys
thereof And this Deponent Saith That the Apartment
where this Deponent is Credibly informed and verily
beleives the said Defendant now is and for some time
past hath been Confined Prisoner (which is on the
Right hand of the Hill leading from Traytors Bridge
to the Parade and is reputed to be in the Possession
or Occupation of Mr. Jackson one of the Warders) is
Scituate in that part of the said Tower of London which
is within the City of London and not within the
County of Middlesex
