Joyner maketh oath That on Monday last being
the Tenth of this instant September, he this Depont
Did leave a Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed
at the Dwelling House of Mr Harrison Afforney at Law Scituate in
Finch Lane London with his Servant Maid, who
promised this Depont. to deliver the same notice to her
sd Master or his Clerk. And this Depont. Saith That
the said Mr Harrison's Maid Servant then told this
Depont. That her said Master is Attorney (or Sollicitor)
for the Prosecutor Edward Constable< no role > , in this Cause
Adn this Depont. further saith That he hath been Credibly
informed & verily believes the said Mr Harrison is Attorney
or Sollicitor for the said prosecutor Constable in this Cause.
