To the Churchwardens and Oversees of the Poor of the
Parish of St Botolph wthout Aldgate London and also to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London

Whereas Complained hash been made unto us [..]
hands and Seals art hereunto sett two of his Majty's Justices of
the peace for the city of London (Quorn Unus) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St
Botolph without Aldgate LondonThat Mary Rand< no role > wife of
Job Rand< no role > with one Child named Eleanor < no role > aged about three years
islately must into the &
said Parish Endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely prevented are likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be true and forasmuch
as it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of the
said Mary Rand That her said Husband Job Rand< no role > Served the three
last years of his Apprenticeship with one Mrs Rand a Turner in
the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London
and no other legal Settlement as
elsewhere appearing unto in since We do also adjudge the
said parish of St Giles without Cripplegate to be the place of theirlast
legal settlement

These are therefore in his Majesty's name to will & require
you the Churchwardens and Oversees of the poor of the said
Parish of St Botolph wthout Aldgate forthwith to remove and convey
the said Mary Rand< no role > with Eleanor< no role > her Child
from out of your said parish unto the said parish of St Giles
without Cripplegate and their deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor there Some or out of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for them according to
Law. Given under our hands and Seals this 23d day of
November Anno Dui 1719
