Who Sayeth that Yesterday being the 22d of this Instant a
Court Six a Clock, in the, Evening as he wass Carring home
a Light bob Wigg of Mr. Coopers to his house in Barbar-
kin : in Cheapside London Near. the Conduct. Thomas
Milksop< no role > Came behind him ye deponent & privately Opend
the Top of the band Box which wass under this deponts
Arme & tooke thereout the Wigg & [..] dropt at & than assaulted this
deponent in a violent Manner [..] & fled for the same but
being pursued by ye deponent & others wass taken
in Round Court . in St Martins Le Grand in the Liberty
of Westmnr , & as they where Seizeing him he dropt
[..] Some Little
distance threw another Wigg upon ye Grand the
goods of a person unknowne Suposed to be
Stolen
