taken before Sr . Wm. Withers< no role > Knt , & one of his
Majests Justs of the peace for this Citty & Libs

This Examnt: Sayeth That on Munday Last he felloniously
took six paire of black worsted woven stockins
from William Ball< no role > 's dye house at three Cranes
Psh St. James Garlick Pish, which he Sold to a
hosier in Cheapside for twelve Shillings Alsoe
that on Satturday the 17 Instant he felloniously
took thirteen paire of mens worsted Stockins wch.
he sold to Severll. persons at 18d. P paire which
ware the goods of the foresaid Wm. Ball< no role > &
taken out of his dye house at the three cranes
abovesaid
