settlemt. there and has been and is likely to continue chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented And forasmuch it appeares unto
us by the oath of the said

agoe he was an hired yearely Servant
at about twenty pounds
Pann wages payable wekly with one Mr.

in Threadneedle Street
in the parish of St.
Xpher
London where he had continued soe by the space of four
or five yeares and has never obtained any subsequent settlemt.
We the said Justices doe therefore adjudge the last legall settlemt.
of the said

to be in the said Parish of St. Xpher
London and that thitherto he ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Maties. name to require You forthwith to
remove and convey the said James Martin< no role >
from & out of your said
parish of St. Barthew by the Exchange
London to the said Parish
of St. Christopher
London and him leave with the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poorethere or one of them who are
hereby required to receive & provide for him according to Law
Hereof faile not And this shall be your Warrt. Given under our
hands and seales the twenty sixty day of October 1716
