The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Vedast als Foster London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two
of his Matys Justices of the peace within this City (one being of the Quox
bearing Date the Ninth day of November last One Anne Gudgeon< no role > Spr
was sent by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate London unto the said parish of St Vedast als
Foster London Alledging the said Parish to be the place of her last Legal
Settlement.

That Your Petitiners therefore conceive themselves
aggriev'd by thethesaid Warrant and Judgment of the said
two Justices and do most humbly Appeal to Your Honour and
Worps therefrom

Your Petitioners most humbly pray
your Honour and Worps will be pleas'd
to hear them in the Premisses and Order
that the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of ye said Parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate may appear before
you and hear and abid the Determinacon
of Your Honour & Worps touching this
Appeal.
