The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Puttney
in the
County of Surry
Sheweth
That by Vertue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of
two of his Matys Justices of the peace
within this City (one being of
the Quox) bearing Date the Ninth day of December last past one

were Sent by the Church Wardens
Aldersgate
unto the said Pish of puttney
in the County of Surry
.
Alledging the said Parish to be the place of their last Legal Settlemt.
That Your Petitionrs conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant and Judgment of he said two Justices
and do humbly Appeal to Your Honour and Worpps therefrom
Your Petrs most humbly pray your Honr
and Worps will be pleas'd to hear them in the
premisses And Order that the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Pish
of St Botolph without Aldersgate may appear
before you and hear and abide ye Determinacon
of yr Honr & Worps touching this Appeal.
And they Shall ever pray Etc.
