The humble petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Buttolph without Bishopsgate ale London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant under her hands & Seals of two of his Maties
Justices of the Peace for the City of London one being of the (Quorn bearing
date the 25th. Day of September last past Christian Row< no role > Single woman was
removed from the parish of St. Andrew Undershaft London unto the said
parish of St. Buttolph without Bishopsgate London alleadging the said
parish to be the place of her last legal settlement.

That your petrs doubt not but prove that the said Christian
Row< no role > never lead any legal settlement in the said parish of St.
Buttolph without Bishopsgate whereby they conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices and do humbly appeal to your Honr. and Worpps
therefrom

Your Petr therefore most humbly pray your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them
in the prmisses and Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Pairsh
may appear before you and hear and abide
the Determination of your Honr and Worps
touching this Appeal
