Complaint being this day made unto us whose hand & seals
are hereunto sett Two of this Majesties Justices of the peace
for this Citty and Liberties thereof (quor uns) by you the Churchwardens
and overseers for the poore of the parish of St. Nicholas Coleabby
That Jane Kelly< no role > and Dominick kelly< no role > above fifteen years
old, ware both come into your parish, without being Legally settled
theire, and if not timely prevented may become Chargeable ther-
-unto And for as much as it appears unto us the said Justices
upon the Oath of the said Jane Kelly< no role > mother of Dominick
Kelly
< no role > above said That She togeather with her said son
served Francis Linch< no role > merchant then inhabitant in Tuesday
Street in the parish of StMildred Bread streetMargaret Mosey each on whose
year & upwards, As yearelyCovenant Servants raising wages Vzt. Jane
Kelly
< no role > the mother, after the rate of five pounds, and Dominick
Kelly
< no role > her son after the rate of fourty shilling p ann, And
that neither she the sd. Jane, not Dominick Kelly her son have
by any means whatever gaind any subsequent settlement.

We doe therefore adjudge the said parish of St. Margaret Mildred
Moses in Bread streetto be the Legall Settlement of the foresaid Jane< no role >
& Dominick Kelly< no role > , and theither by Law the youghter
sent. These are therefore in his Majesties Name
requiring you the Church wardens, and overseers for the poore of
the parish of St Nicholas Coleabby forthwith upon single her of
to convey the abovesaid Jane Kelly< no role > , and Dominick Kelly< no role >
into the parish Margaret Moses Mildred Breed streetaforesaid
theire delivering them to the Church wardens & overseer thereof
or some one of them Whoe are hereby required a find and
provide for according to Law: hereof faile not at your perills
Given under our hands & seals this twenty third day of July
1716
