The humble petition and Appeal of the Chruchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St Katherine Creed church

Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant unde the hands and Seals of two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the City of London bearing date the 25th Day of April
last past

with her two Children

and
Thomas< no role >
was removed from the parish of St Buttolph without Bishopsgate
London unto the said parish of St. Katherine Creed church
London alleadging
the said parish to be the place of their last legal Settlement
That your petitioners doubt not but to prove That the said Elizabeth
Nash< no role >
never had any legal Settlement in the said parish whereby
they conceive themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices and do humbly appeal to yor
Honr and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly prays
your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses and that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said parish of abide the determination of
your Honr, Worpps touching this Appeal
And your Petitionr Shall ever pray Etc.
