Sheweth
That by vertue of a Warrant under the hands &
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace (one being of ye Quor
bearing Date the Thirteenth day of December last one

her daughter
aged about two Years
and
[..] were sent by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St Ethelberga
London unto the Sd parish St Helen near
Bishopsgate
London Alleadging the Sd parish to be the place of her last
Legall Settlement.
That your Petitioners therefore conceive themselves
agriev'd the Sd Warrant and Judgement of the Said [..] Justices And
do most humbly Appeal to your Honour & Worships
thereupon
Your Petitioners most humbly pray
Your Honour & Worpl. will be pleased to hear
them in the premisses And order that the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the Sd Parish of St Ethelberga

may appear before You and hear and
abide the Determinacon of your Honour
& Worpl. touching this Appeal
