To the Worll. his Majesties Justices of the Peace of
& for the City of London and Libertys thereof in
Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret
Westminster in the County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands and seals
of Wm. Thompson< no role > Esquire Recorder of the said City of London and
Sir William Withers< no role > Knt. Justices of the Peace of and for the said
City and Liberties thereof bearing Date the 28th. Day of March
1715. Philip Jones< no role > together with Sarah< no role > his Wife and their
Three Children Vizt. Elizabeth< no role > about Eleven Ann< no role > about Seven
and phillip< no role > Aged about Two Years & a half were removed from
and out of the [..] Parish of St. Giles's Cripplegate London aforesd.
to the said Parish of St. Margaret Westminster as the place
of their Lawfull Settlement.

That Your Petrs. thinking themselves Agreived
by the Judgment of the said Two Justices humbly appeal
to your Worships against the same.

Therefore humbly pray your Worsps. would
be pleas'd to Order that ye Church Wardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Sr.
Giles's Cripplegate London Attend this Court
Some day this Quarter Sessions to hear and
abide the final Determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeal.

And your Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
