and Overseers of ye poor of ye Parish of St Mary Woolnoth

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Warrant Under ye hands and
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of ye Peace within this City
(one bearing of ye Quorn) bearing Date ye First day of June last
one Elizabeth Parratt< no role > singlewoman was sent & delivered by the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Peter
Cornhill London Unto she Said Parish of St Mary Woolnoth
London Alleadging ye Said Parish to be the Place of her last
Legall Settlement

That Your Petitioners therefore Conceive themselves
agriev'd by the Said Warrt. and Judgment of the
Said two Justices and do most humbly appeal
to your Honours & Worpps therefrom

Your Petitioners most humbly Pray
Your Honour & Worpps will be pleased
to hear them in the Premisses and order
that the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the poor of ye sd Parish of St Peter
Cornhill may Appear before you and
hear & abide the determinacon of your
