wardens & overseers of the poor of the parish of St.
Sepulchers

That one

Vertue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his
Maties Justices of the peace
within the City of London
(one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixteenth day
of March now last past was removed from the Precinct
of White Fryers
in the City of London
to the parish of St
Sepulchres
London alleadgeing the said parish is the place
of the last Legall Settlement of the said
Dorothy Wiseback< no role >
That your Petitioners doubt not to prove that the
said Dorothy Wiseback< no role >
had no Legall Settlement in the
said parish of St. Sepulchres
London
whereby they
conceive themselves aggrieved by the Judgement of the
said two Justices & Do humbly appeal to your Honour &
worships thereupon
Your Petitionrs therefore humbly Pray your
Honour & Worships will be pleased to hear them
in the prmises and Order the Overseers of the
poor
of the precinct of White Fryers
to hear &
abide the Determination of your Honour and
Worships touching this appeal
And your Peticoner shall ever Pray Etc.
