This Informant Saith on his oath That last night
between the hours of nine and ten of the clock he this
Informant did See John Barnoist< no role > [..] the prisoner here
prsent in the publick Streets ever against the East
India house in Leaden hall Street London and
this Informant did then and there heare the said
[..] Barnoist about fortie time Huza allowd in a
publick manner [..] and declare and repeate
these words following vizt. King James the third
is right and Lawfull King of England . And
Farther this informant Saith that the Said
