& Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Mary White< no role >

Sheweth

That by virtue of an order of Patt Warrt. bearing date
the Sixth day of August but past under the Hands & seals of two
of her Maties Justices of the Peace for the sd. City (Quor unus)
one William Green< no role > & Margaret< no role > his wife were removed and
conveyed from the Parish of St. Olave in Hartstreet in this City
to yor. Peticonr pd. Parish of St. Mary White Chappele wch. was
adjudged by the said Justices to be the place of their last legal
Settlemt.

That yor. Peticonrs. conceive themselves aggrieved by the
sd. Ordr. or Putt Warrts. Judgmt. of the sd. Justices

Wherefore yrs. Peticonrs. humbly Appeale
agnt. the same to this County and pray to
hure [..] releif therein as to yor. Lopp &
Wopp [..] shall seem just & reasonable
