The humble Peticon and appeale of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Andrews Holborn London.

Sheweth

That by vertue of an Ordr. or Patt Warrt. bearing date
the Seventh day of this instant October undr. the hands
& Seals of two of her Maties of the Peace for the sd.
City Quor suns one George Pi [..] with Fortune his wife &
and Child names Mary were removed & conveyed from
the Parish of St. Mary Magdalen old pish street London
to yor. Petrs. sd. Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
wch. was adjudged by the said Justices to be the place of
last legal Settlemt. of the sd. George Purchase< no role > .

That yor. Peticonrs. conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrt. & Judgmt. of the sd
Justices

Wherefore they humbly appeale agnt.
the Same to this Court and pray for
such relief therein, as to yor. Lpp & Wrpp
shall Seem just & reasonable.
