with her Five Children by
Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of her Maties
Justices of the peace
(within this City one being of Quoru) bearing
date the three and twentieth day of October last past was removed
from the parish of of St Bridgett als Brides London unto the said
parish of St Andrew Holborn
London alleadging the said parish
to be the place of the last legall Settlement of the said
Elizabeth

That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the
Said Elizabeth Harper< no role >
never had any legall Settlement
in the said parish of St Andrew Holborn
whereby they
conceive themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and
Judgment of the Said two Justices And do humbly
appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom
Your petitioners therefore most humbly pray
your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St Bridgett als Brides
may appear before
you and hear and abide the determination
of Your Honr: and Worpps touching this
appeal
And your petitioners Shall Ever pray Etc
