Complaint being this day made unto us two of her Majties.
Justices of the peace for this Citty and Liberties (Quor
unus) By You the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Bartholomew the Less London
that one Elizabeth Nuttall< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the wife of William Nuttall< no role >
came lately into your said parish and is likely to
become chargeable thereunto unless timely prevented
and whereas it appears unto us on the oath of
the said Elizabeth Nuttall< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. as well as on the Oath
of one Hannah Ash< no role > within St. Olave Hart street
that the said William Nuttall< no role > kept a house of
twelve pounds P Annu Kent in vinegar yard in
Drury Lane in the Parish of St. Martins in the
feild in the County of Middex and hath since
gained noe other legall Settlemt. wherefore Wee
doe adjudge the said Elizabeth Nuttall< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. to be legally
settled in the said parish of St. Martins in the
Feilds in the County of Middx aforesaid.

These are therefore in Her Majties Name to require
You upon sight hereof to convey and pass away the
said Elizabeth Nuttall< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. from and out of your said
Parish of St. Bartholomew the [..] Less
London and deliver her to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St.
Martin in the Feilds in the County of Middx
aforesaid or to some or one of them whom we doe
hereby require to receive and provide for according
to Law thereof fail not and this shall be your
Warrant Given under my hands and Seal the Sixth
day of Aprill 1711

To the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Bartholomew
the Less London and to all others whom
it may concern}
