Decd Whereas
in Truth the said Ralph Brittaine was made a Freeman in 1675. And since
dwelt with his wife in the Parish of Alhallowes on the wall
as a Lodger
for the Space of about twoe Yeares before May 1685. And hath had
we Residence since in yor Petrs. said Parish of St Benedict
Yor. Petrs humbly pray That their Appeale may be heard
And that the said Margarett Brittaine< no role >
may be sent
back to the said Parish of Alhallowes on the wall
being
the place of Her last legall Settlement To be provided
for by them according to the Lawe
