Whereas Complaint hath this day been made unto
us two of her Majesties Justices of ye Peace
for this Citty and Liberties (Quor unus) by
the Church Wardens and Overseers of ye poor
of the parish of St Michael Queenhith that
one William Ralfeth< no role > a young child it lately
come into their said parish with intent to reside
therein and is likely to become chargeable
there to and forasmuch as it appears unto us
upon ye Oath of George Young< no role > that George
Preston
< no role > the father in Law of ye. said William Ralfeth
was the Apprentice of one Mr Evans a
Cloath worker in ye parish of St. Botolphs
Aldgate where appearing [..] to be the
place of the said William Ralfesh< no role > 's begall
settlement

These are therefore in her Majesties Name
to require you the Church Wardens & Overseers
of ye poor of ye Parish of St Michael
Queen silk to convey the body of the said
William Ralfesh< no role > to the Church Wardens and
Overseers of ye poor of ye parish of St.
Botolph he Aldgate who are hereby required to
receive and provide for him according to
Law fail not and this shall be your
Warrt. Dated and given under our hands
& Seals this 19th. of May 1707
