Where As Complaint was this day made unto as
two of Her Majties. Justices of the peace for this City & Libties
thereof (quor unus) by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poore of the parish of St Buttolph Bishopsgate London That one
Richard Struguall< no role > wth his wife & five Children are lately Come
into your said parish endeavouring to gain a Settlement therein
without giveing notice [..] in writeing according to Law
and that they are likely to become chargeable to the said
parish unless timeles removed & whereas it appeare unto
as but he oath of the said Richard Struguall< no role > That his last
legall Settlement is in the parish of Alhallowes Lombard
Street London where he the said Richard Struguall< no role > about
fourteen year Since She being then unmarried) was an
hired Servant by the year at twenty Shillings P Ann
here sd Mr John Cullum< no role > a woollen Drap in Grace
Church Street & continued so above three Quartrs of a year
and that he has obtained no other legall Settlement Since

These are therefore in Her Majties name to Require you
to Pass & prvet the said Richard Struguall< no role > wth his wife &
five Children out of your said parish of St. Buttolphs
Bishopsgate London into the said parish of Alhallows in
Lombard Street London & them there Deliver to the Church
wardens & Overseers of the poore of the said parish of
alhallows Lombard Street whome wee do hereby require
to Receive & provide for according to Law Here of fail not
& this shall be your warrt. Given under our hands and
seales this 25th day of September Anno Dom 1706

To [..] the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poore of the parish of St. Buttolphs
Bishopsgate London and to all others whome
there may Concern.
