Where As Compll hath beene made unto as Two of
her Majties Justices of the Peace for the Said Citty (Quor nuns)
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of the Parish
of St. Mary Aldermary London That Anne Sheppard< no role >
Widdow with Eight Children are lately come into theire
Parish endeavouring to Settle there without giveing notice
in writeing to the Said Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poore or any of them according to Law or haveing
gained any legall Settlemt there and are likely to
became where able to theire Said Parish And
Whereas it appeares unto as upon the Oath of
Ellias Baker< no role > That the Said Anne Sheppard< no role > lived
in and kept an house in the Parish of St. Thomas the
Apostle London of about fifte one pounds P Anum Rent
for above two yeares after her husbands death, and that She
hath not Since obteined any other legall Settlemt. whereupon
soe doe adjudge the Said Anne Sheppard< no role > with her Eight
Children to be last Legally Settled in the Said Parish of St.
Thomas the Apostle .

Stebell are in the Maties therefore to charge and
contand you the Churchwadens and Overseers of the Poore
of the Parish of St. Mary Aldermary London Some or
one of you upon Sight hereof To remove [..] the Said
Anne Sheppard< no role > with her Eight Children out of your Said
Parish unto the Said Parish of St Thomas the Apostle
London and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poore there or to Some or one of them
whoe are hereby required them to receive and provide
for (as occasion Shall require) untill they Shall be of
them discharged by due Course of Law, and for soe
doeing this Shall be your Warrt. Given under our hands
and Seales this 4th. day of November Anno Dni 1706
