They fynde that Mary Dixon< no role > Late of London Spinster being great with Childe of the Sd Female Infant
afterwards that is to Say the 30th Day of October in the yeare aforesd at the Parrish of St Butolph without Aldersgate
London the Sd Female Infant by the providence of God from her own body did being forth alive which
Said Female Infant by the Lan of England was a Bastard & that she the Said Mary Dixon< no role > So not
haveing the Fear of god Etc the Said 30th Day of Oct: in the year aforesd So from & the Said Female
Bastard Inft. was born In & upon the Said Female Bastard Inft. the [..] Etc Feloniously Willfully Etc
did make an Assault & the Sd Female Bastard Infant then being alive into a Certaine house
present filled with Excrement & other Filthy Matter Feloniously Willfully Etc did Cast & throw
by which Etc the Sd Female Infant did then & there Instantly become Suffocate & Stranged
they fynde her Guilty of Murder but fynde as Goods Chattells Lands Etc
