London Maketh Oath That Hee this Deponent hath
Severall tymes visitted One Margarett Kenion< no role > Widdow
(whoe as This Depont. is Credibly Informed is Prosecutrix
of one Thomas [..] Needham< no role > on an Indictment in
his Courte for Assaulting her the Said Margtt. Kenion< no role > )
Att the Request of her Relations within the Space of
a Weeke past And that hee this Depont. found the Said
Margtt. very dangerously ill of a Feavour In which
Shee continued last might when this Depont. visited her
And this Depont. further Saith That hee doth beleive
That the said Margtt. Kenion cannot attend this Courte
att this tyme without greate danger of her life And
further Saith not
