Dua Rua v Thom Brerewood,

Whereas the Defts. Thomas Brerewood< no role > and
Job Williams< no role > are bound by severall
Recognizances to her Maty to appeare at
the present Sessions of Oyen and Terminer
held at the Old Bayly for the Citty of London
in order to be tryed upon the abovemenconced
Indictments, and Whereas the prosecutors
of the said Indictments have Consented
and desired that the Estreating of the
said Recognizances should be respited
till the next Sessions of Oyer and Terminer
for ther said Citty These are therefore to
Authorize and desire you to respite the
Estreating of the said Recoginzances till
further Orderthe next Sessions And for so doeing this
shall be your Warrant Dated this 4th.
day of July 1705 .
