Buckingham< no role > Knt . Lord Mayor of the City
of London & one of Her Matyes. Justices of
the peace of the Sd. City This 21th. day
of July Anno Dm 1705 .

Who Saith, That She being A Midwife , was about
eleaven months Since, called to deliver one Mary
Anderson< no role > of A Bastard Child She then was with & in
her Extremity of pain, before she was delivered
this Informant end ask her to give an Account, who
has begotten the said Child Whereupon She
solemuly declared, That Thomas Benham< no role > A
Lighter man at Broken Wharfe , & no others pson
was the Father of the said Child, & soon after
the said Mary Anderson< no role > was delivered of A.
