of the poore of the parish of St. Michaell Wood Streete London

Sheweth

That one Mary Nicholson< no role > wife of Micheall Nicholson< no role > (whoe is Lately absconded
by virtue of a warrant under Twoe Justices hands and Seales one being of the
Quox dated 14th. June 1700 was sent with woe Children by the Churchwardens
of St. John Zachary to yor. Petrs. To be provided for on the Oath of the said
Mary That her husbands last legall Settlement was in the said parish of St.
Michalls whereas the said Michaell Nichollson< no role > after his department out of
St. Michaells parish dwelt in a house in the said Parish of St. John Zachary
att £10. yearly Rent and paid there divers Tayes and, Dutyes to the said Parish

Yor. Petr. humble request is To heave them on their Appeale
And to send the said Mary Nichollson< no role > with her Children to
the Churchwardens of St. John Zachary where the said
Michaell Nicholson< no role > was last setled an Inhabitant According
to the Lane
