The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the pish of St Giles in the Feilds in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands & Seals of Sr Salathiel Lovell< no role > Knt . & Sr Edward Clarke< no role > Knt
two of his Maties: Justices of the Peace for the said City Anne Warren< no role > widow was lately passed
from then pish St. of Brides als Bridnet London to the Said pish of St Giles in the Feilds as
the last place of her legall Settlement

Your Peticonrs. thinke themselves aggreived with the Judgement of
the said Two Justices doe therefore Appeal to this Honble. Bench &
humbly pray that in regard all parties concerned herein are now attending
in Court that you will be pleased to hear & examine the matter & to
make such finall Order & Determination touching this Appeal as to your
great Wisdom shall seem meet
