For as much as Complaint hath this day
been made unto us two of his Maties: Justices of
the peace for this City & Libtyes Thereof
(Quor unus) by the Churchwardens and
overseers of the poor of the parish of St
Andrew Holborn or London that Ann Parker< no role >
wife of John Parker< no role > and four children (vizt) Matthew< no role > John< no role > Wm< no role >
and Richard Parker< no role > are lately some into
the same parish with an Intent to obtaine
a Settlement there conteary to Law; And that
the said Ann Parker< no role > , and her four children
are besome chargeable to the said parish
of St Andrew Holborne London, And for as
much as it appeareth unto us by the oath of
Owen freeman that the said John Parkers
last legall setlement was next dore but oney to the
Cradle Ale house in Holborn in the parish
of St Andrew Holborne in the County of
Middx; where he lived in Creditt Severall
years and payed parish taxes and that he
never obtaind any other legall Setlement
sinse to his Knowldege or beleife

These are therefore in his Maties name Strictly
to charge and comad you the Officers of the
aforesaid Psh of St Andrew Holborne London that
Some one of you doe upon Sight here of take
pass & convey away from your Sd Psh the sd
Ann Parker< no role > & her four children to ye Psh of St
Andrew Holborne in the County of Middx ,
and there to leave them wth ye Ch: wardens or
Overseers of the poor of the James Psh; who are
hereby required them to receive & provide for
according to Law: And hereof fayle not at
yor Pill: dated & given, under our hands
& Seales this Fifteenth day of November
