For as much as Complete hath this Day
been made unto us two of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for this City & libtyes thereof
(Quor unus) by the Churchwardens & overseers
of the poor of the parish of St Mary Staineing
London that one Mary Deekins< no role > Widdow being
great wth Child of a Bastard Child is lately some
into theire sd Psh with an Intent to obtaine
a Setlement there with out giveing notice
in writeing as by Law is required and is
now become chargeable to the aforesd Psh
of St Mary Staineing And for as much as it
appeareth unto us [..] bath of the said
Mary Deekins< no role > that her last Setlement
was in the psh of St Giles extra Criplegate
London where she lived a whole yeare as a hired Seevanth
Abraham Norton< no role > of ye Same Psh Turner or
four or five years agoe at the Rate of Seven
pounds P Ann and yt she never obtaine
any other Setlement Since

These are therefore in his Maties: name to request
you or some one of you Imediately to take pass and
convey from yor Psh of St Mary Staineings they
aforesaid Mary Deekins< no role > to the Psh of St Giles but
Criplegate London and there to leave herto
the Churchwardens or overseers of the poor of
the Same Psh who are hereby required to [..]
& Provide for her according to Law; And how
if failes not at yor Pills dated & given [..]
