Refusing to Serve the Office of Scavenger
in the
Parish of St: Dunstans in the East
where he prohabits
And Whereas it appears to me That upon
Mown made in the Court of Excheqr the 20th: day
of Feb. last Alledging that the Officers of his
Maties. Customes in respect of their dayly
Attendance upon his Maties: Service have always
been discharged from bearing any Office or
Service in the Parishes where they Inhabits &
that if they have att any time been chosen into
such Office they have been discharged from bearing
such Office by Ordr. at the sd: Court of Excheqr
as appeared by the Bends of the sd Court It was
thereupon Ordered by the sd: Court That they sd:
