of the said Parish
two yeares agone, And that the Parish on Ballamp
of
his Accompts was indebted unto him £23:12s:12d
which is yet unpaid And this Deponent further
maketh Oath That he hath seen and perused the
Accompts of Mr. Charles Brome< no role >

the last
yeare, and upon Ballance of this accompts there was
due to him £16:17s:8d which is alos yet unpaid, And
that the Parish is not able prsent to pay them, And
further this Deponent maketh Oath That the decay of
Trade, the death and removall of Substantiall and
Eminent Men, and Inferior Trades men comeing into
the said Parish in their roomes, the Revenue of the said
Parish is deceased and their Poore and charge
increased, And the the rates in the said Parish are
extreamly advanced yet, it is not Sufficient to Support
their Poore and necessary charge, tho they made five
quarters rates or taxes the last yeare
